Understanding the Needs of Your Furry Friends!
Welcome to Evans Animal Hospital where we understand the needs of your furry friends! Your pet's needs are just as important to us as they are are to you. Whether they just need vaccines or they need more advanced medical care, we can provide what your pets need. We are a full service, modern veterinary hospital who provides the highest quality veterinary care with integrity and compassion. In addition to our high quality medicine, we provide first rate service for our clients. In 2013, we were awarded the Better Business Bureau's Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics.
Current Covid-19 Protocols:
While masks are still recommended for those who are not fully vaccinated, they are not required. If you have any symptoms such as fever, cough, congestion, etc., please do not come into the clinic. We can offer you a curbside appointment if it is absolutely necessary that your pet be seen, or we can reschedule your appointment to a later date. Even if you are sure that you do not have COVID-19, if you are experiencing any of these symptoms, we ask that you please do not come into the clinic.
Effective August 1, 2021, if your pet has an appointment with Dr. Roseberry, you will now be permitted to accompany your pet into the exam room--this includes regularly scheduled appointments, surgical/drop off admissions and discharges, and technician appointments. Please understand that we have limited space in our lobby but will do our best to keep it from being overcrowded.
Food and medication pick-ups will now come inside. Please go to the first window when you come in the front door and we will be glad to help you there. There is no need to call from the parking lot when you get here.
Walk-in Appointments: At this time, we are not accepting walk-in appointments. If your pet needs to see Dr. Roseberry, please call and schedule an appointment. We are currently booking at least one week out for routine visits. Please plan ahead if your pet is going to need vaccines to board in a kennel facility as we may not be able to get you in immediately. If your pet is sick and needs an appointment urgently, we will do our best to get them worked in sooner. If your pet has a life-threatening emergency, please call us on your way to be sure we will be able to see them immediately.
If you are immunocompromised or otherwise unable to come into the building, please let us know and we can still accommodate curbside appointments for those situations. Otherwise, we ask that you do accompany your pet into the clinic.
We appreciate your patience as we adjust to this new protocol. Please understand that your appointment may take slightly longer than normal as we work out any kinks with this new protocol. We assure you we are working our very hardest for you and your pets!
